What is a smash burger? Coarsely ground meat (at our restaurant, the meat is pounded by the chef) is pressurized in a special press and grilled.
The outside is crispy and the inside is surprisingly juicy♪ The special pickles add an accent! (If you don't like them, just leave them out)
